Calm abiding meditation settles the mind by one-pointed concentration on the breath. This simple but powerful practice helps you develop a clear, relaxed and stable state of mind. Suitable for those new to meditation and those wanting to practice in a group setting. Led by Miranda. Book here.

Learn about the essential teachings of the Buddha such as Buddha-nature, impermanence, karma, rebirth, the mind of enlightenment, and the vajrayana. For those new to Buddhism and practitioners wanting to explore and discuss. Led by Paul. Book here.
In depth exploration of the mind training (Tib. Lojong) techniques through which Mahayana Buddhist practitioners develop the mind of enlightenment, the wish to achieve Buddhahood for the benefit of all beings.
