Paul Haddon

Paul has been practicing Buddhism for over 30 years and is traditionally trained in the Sakya and Kagyu traditions of Tibetan Buddhism.  His principal teacher is Lama Jampa Thaye and he has received teachings from HH Sakya Trichen, Karma Thinley Rinpoche and other Buddhist masters. 

Paul has led Buddhist meditation and study groups for many years in London and Los Angeles.  He is married to Rosalind and they have two children, Dom and Clio, and a dog named Duke. He works in the Fintech sector with a focus on business strategy.

Rosalind Haddon

Roz Haddon is the daughter of Lama Jampa Thaye, one of the foremost Western teachers of Buddhism and spiritual director of the Dechen association of Tibetan Buddhist centers. He is also her main teacher. Roz has been practising and studying the Sakya tradition of Tibetan Buddhism, for over forty years.

Roz is English and moved from London to New York with her family in 2010. She now lives in Los Angeles where she raises her son and daughter, writes, and teaches Buddhist classes.

Miranda Harwood

Miranda has been interested in Buddhism since she was a teenager. In her early twenties, she traveled through India and Kashmir and met different meditation teachers, but it wasn't until she met Lama Jampa Thaye that she formed a connection to the authentic Sakya Buddhist teachings. Through his guidance and encouragement, she has consistently practiced meditation for the last ten years. She lives in Santa Monica and works at a family clinic as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.

Adrian O’Sullivan

Adrian has been practicing Buddhism for over 25 years as a student of Lama Jampa Thaye. He has received a traditional Buddhist education and training and completed a number of retreats. He has translated and published numerous Tibetan texts, including works by the great Buddhist masters Nagarjuna and Shantideva, and many prayers and ritual practices in use by practitioners across our community.
