The Friendly Letter by Nagarjuna (day 2)

  • Sakya Buddhist Center, Los Angeles 220 Pier Avenue Santa Monica, CA, 90405 United States (map)

Composed by the great philosopher Nagarjuna, The Friendly Letter is a supremely clear account of how we can practice the threefold path of morality, meditation and wisdom.

To elucidate the text Lama Jampa will teach according to the detailed commentary The Telescope of Wisdom by Karma Thinley Rinpoche.

This teaching is open to everyone. While this is an essential teaching for Buddhist practitioners, this is also and excellent text for those who have an interest in learning more about Buddhism. Taught over 2 days.

Book here.

This is a continuation of the transmission of this teaching which started in January 2022. There will be regular study groups following the teaching. Please email info@dechen.us if you would like further details.
