Learn Meditation Santa Monica at our weekly group meditation classes. Each meditation class is about an hour and is led by experienced Buddhist meditator.

Classes are located at the Hill Street Center on Main street in Santa Monica.

At each class the instructor gives guidance on the meditation technique. You are welcome to ask questions.

Buddhist Study Groups

At study groups you can discuss Buddhist teachings taught by Lama Jampa Thaye and other visiting lamas. The study groups are an ideal way to deepen your knowledge and understanding of a teaching.
